Refund Policy

To maintain a good and healthy relationship with our clients/patients We at Promedical have adapted a policy where if our client is not satisfied with our product or service a full refund is made within seven working days subject to a full investigation and the criteria being met

A client or a patient is eligible for a full refund if the problem is reported to our management directly/personally or electronically within 24hrs after our service or delivery of the product and if the problem was not created by the client or the patient.

The refund may be made even if the above criteria is not met under special circumstances such as dealing with the mentally incapacitated person, indigent individual or an elderly person or ordered to do so by the competent court of law in the RSA
