If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24hrs of your consultation or treatment.

We offer a full refund if we do not meet the agreed service standards or if you are unsatisfied with the service, provided valid reasons are given and conditions are met.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working business days after review of your complaint.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform.All our products and services are recommended by a qualified medical doctor to a patient according to the need and indication.We do not sell medicines or any medical device or equipment to a patient or any member of the public without prior history taking and examination of the patient by a qualified medical doctor registered/contracted as a medical service provider to Promedical primary cooperative Ltd
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the RSA.
